Shipping

All parcels are currently shipped with Australia Post. We only ship within Australia

A flat rate of $12 for all shipments, or $22 for Express Post. Express Post does not always mean your parcel will arrive next day. Loom Fabrics post from a regional town which can mean delays.

Orders over $150 will automatically receive FREE shipping.

Please allow 4-5 business days for delivery to capital cities and 7-10 days for remote areas.

Returns

We are confident that you will love your purchases from our store. We do not accept returns of cut fabrics or patterns due to change of mind. We do, however, happily accept returns of faulty or damaged items for replacement, exchange or refund.

To save carbon footprint, we can usually define damaged items via photos and electronic communication. There is usually no need for faulty or damaged items to be physically returned to the store, but this is confirmed on a case-by-base basis.

Faulty or damaged items must not have been washed, or cut in any way. They must be assessed as sent and received.

Our policy allows 14 days from receipt of fabric. If you have not contacted us within 14 days of receipt of fabric we can not accept returns or refunds.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

If we do request you return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipped items must be sent with tracking.
