Bodice Fitting Workshop IRL Fri 20th Feb 10-4

Bodice Fitting Workshop 

Using our REMIX Boxy Top pattern, participants will create a toile bodice with sleeves, which we will fit before making pattern adjustments.

You will learn how to make routine adjustments to bought patterns catering to your own unique body shape 🤩

We will learn how to do a Full Bust Adjustment as well as neckline and basic shoulder/sleeve adjustments. We are learning to tweak the pattern to fit you better, not redesigning the pattern.

• Toile Fabric will be supplied
• REMIX printed paper pattern will be supplied

What to Bring:

• Basic sewing kit or BUY ONE HERE
• Sewing machine or HIRE ONE HERE
• Drafting tools Pencil, sharpener, rubber, ruler (as long as possible), tape measure, French curve (if you have one), paper scissors, all of these things are available for sale  during the workshop
• Your Lunch 🥪

• Snacks, tea and coffee will be supplied.
• Toile Fabric will be supplied
• REMIX printed paper pattern will be supplied

This is not a beginners class. You need to have some basic sewing experience and understand how basic patterns work. This one is for our Rebels and Rockstars. Rookie Stitchers head HERE 

The classes are held with a minimum of four attendees – if you cancel it affects others. Therefore refunds or credits cannot be issued if you become unavailable. You can, however pass your place to a friend.
